JUVENILE PRISONS

When I interned at WBEZ, it was in order to help with a 6-month investigation into Illinois’ juvenile prisons. I helped design the website for Inside and Out, produced stories and managed Freedom of Information Act requests. The series won a Peter Lisagor Award for Investigative Reporting from the Chicago Headline Club.
